Casting Carolinas Tie One on Challenge

 

Saturday and Sunday November 20-21, 2021.
 
No Fish Period : Friday November 12th at dark till tournament
 
Casting Carolinas and TEAM F3 competitive fly fishing team bring you the 2021 Casting Carolinas Tie One on fly fishing tournament and fundraiser.
 
Casting Carolinas' is a local non profit devoted to helping women thrive after cancer. 
We provide FREE weekend retreats for women living life after all types of cancer. 
Retreats include basic fly fishing instruction and a variety of other activities that teach our unique F.L.OW. model, designed especially to help women navigate the waters after the trauma of cancer diagnosis and treatment. All proceeds from this event go directly to helping women attend a FREE weekend retreat and become part of our on-going Alum program, the "Casting Carolinas Fly Fishing Sisterhood"  www.castingcarolinas.com
 
Two man teams. Entry fee $250 per team with all proceeds going to Casting Carolinas non profit to help women thrive after cancer.
 
1st place Prize. $1,000
2nd place prize.   $500
3rd place prize.    $250
Big Fish Prize   10ft 3wt Gladiator from Highland Rod Co.
 
This will be a volunteer controlled event with each team fishing 2 sessions per day.
 
We will limit entries to 24 teams and will add from the waiting list, two teams at a time to a maximum of 36.
 
Venues will be Delayed Harvest Sections of Big Horse and Helton creeks located in beautiful West Jefferson North Carolina. Will also use Todd Island Park venue pending entry volumes.
 
Registration open to anyone. This event will also count as an SEFFL cup race event.

Scott Asbill Draw is up. Please meet at red barn at 7:00 am (Lansing Creeper Park) on big horse creek. We fish big horse creek first on Saturday and then fish Helton after lunch.

Shawn Isaacs Guys beat 2 on big horse we decided before the draw to take it out. If you fish or judge 2 it is actually beat 6. This is on big horse only.
