This event is a regional qualifier for Fly Fishing Team USA in the West region. For anglers to be eligible to garner points, they need to be from the states of Utah, Idaho, Montana, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Wyoming or California. Or for those outside these states, up to one outside event may count for points.

Event Format:
One 3 hr competitor controlled bank session with 1 hr beat rotations and 10 minute breaks in between rotations and one 3 hr Loch session.

Team: Please pick a teammate or you will be assigned one. Teammates may share information during the comp and will fish in opposite groups for the draw.

Huntington (Mammoth) Lake and Cleveland Reservoir

Fish:
Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat Trout, Tiger Trout, and Splake

Schedule:
8:40 AM - 12:00 PM :: Session 1
2:00 PM - 5:20 PM :: Session 2

Transportation:
Transportation is provided by the anglers on their own.

Angler Limit:
This event will be limited to the first 12 anglers.

Registration and Fee:
There will be no fee for this event. You must purchase a Fly Fishing Team USA membership within 24 hours of your registration confirmation. Please WAIT TO PURCHASE the membership until you have gotten a spot in the comp as it is first come first serve for the registration and I can't guarantee you'll get in. The membership is good for 365 days from purchase. You can purchase the membership at the top of the Fly Fishing Team USA page. Registration opens May 29th, 2025 at 7PM MDT.

No-Fish-Period:
A comp water no-fish policy will be in effect starting Friday, June 20th at 7 PM.
